华新型窑（1-3号湿法回转窑）
回转窑属于煅烧设备，窑体倾斜，窑头低窑尾高，和地面成4度的夹角；生产水泥的原料即生料浆经过配浆，进入窑尾进浆池，然后从窑尾送进回转窑，在窑内经过干燥、预热、煅烧、放热反应、烧成、冷却后就形成了熟料。华新水泥厂旧址现存的1、2号湿法水泥回转窑设备是1947年10月从美国爱丽斯公司引进的，到1950年12月两条生产线全部建成投产。它代表了20世纪中叶“湿法”水泥制造工艺和水泥厂规划建设的世界先进水平，也是目前世界上仅有保存完好的回转窑设备。1975年，华新人自己设计、自行施工扩建了三号窑“华新窑”。“华新窑”被国家命名为“华新型窑”，华新型窑先后在我国及援外水泥企业中推广建设了几十条，“华新型窑”成为中国水泥工业发展的一个重要的里程碑。

Rotary kiln belongs to calcination equipment, with a tilted kiln body, low kiln head and high kiln tail, forming a 4-degree angle with the ground; The raw material for producing cement, namely raw slurry, is mixed with slurry and enters the slurry pool at the kiln tail. It is then sent from the kiln tail to the rotary kiln, where it undergoes drying, preheating, calcination, exothermic reaction, firing, and cooling to form clinker. The existing No. 1 and No. 2 wet cement rotary kilns at the former site of Huaxin Cement Plant were introduced from the American company Alice in October 1947, and by December 1950, both production lines had been completed and put into operation. It represents the world’s advanced level of “wet” cement manufacturing technology and cement plant planning and construction in the mid-20th century, and is currently the only well preserved rotary kiln equipment in the world. In 1975, Huaxin people independently designed and constructed the expansion of the third kiln, “Huaxin Kiln”. The “Huaxin Kiln” has been named by the state as the “Huaxin Type Kiln”, and dozens of Huaxin type kilns have been promoted and constructed in China and foreign aid cement enterprises. The “Huaxin Type Kiln” has become an important milestone in the development of China’s cement industry.
